Following the latest guidance from the Department for Education, school is currently closed to most pupils.

If you are a critical worker you can request a school place here. We currently have no spaces left in our critical worker bubble, but we will be reviewing our capacity to have children in school on a regular basis.

So that we can keep all pupils and staff safe we have taken put the following essential measures in place,

  • a requirement that people who are ill with symptoms of COVID-19 stay at home

  • robust hand and respiratory hygiene

  • enhanced cleaning arrangements

  • active engagement with NHS Test and Trace

  • formal consideration of how to reduce contacts and maximise distancing between those in school wherever possible and minimise potential for contamination so far as is reasonably practicable

The Department for Education has said that the use of PPE is not necessary on a routine, day-to-day basis in schools. However, staff have been trained to use PPE if they need to provide care for a child who does develop symptoms.

To support children with their learning while they are away from school, we have created a home learning page.

On this page you will be able to find links to the subscription services that we buy into as a school, and a list of free websites and resources that we have drawn together since the school closure was announced.

We will keep updating this page so check it regularly for new links and content!
