Our Curriculum Overview

In Year 3, the start of Key Stage 2, children will enjoy just as broad a curriculum as in Key Stage 1, but now working with more complex ideas and skills, learning ever deeper knowledge. They are expected to be more independent and take even more responsibility for themselves and their work, Year 3 children also benefit from our partnership with the Birmingham Music Services and have specialist music teaching all year long!
